1. Returns
1.1. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item to us if you are not satisfied.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these criteria.
1.3. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
1.4 Customer are responsible for return shipping costs unless its our error( Defective or incorrect item).
2. Return Procedure

2.2. Once the return is accepted, you will need to ship the product to the address provided. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely.
3. Refunds
3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. The time frame may vary depending on your banking institution.
4. Exchanges
4.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@snugger.co .
5. Problems with deliveries
5.1. If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@snugger.co , so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
